Rosacea is quite common skin disease. It begins with a tendency to blush or flush easily, when compared to other people. The redness can spread to the nose and cheeks, and to the forehead and chin as well. Even the ears, chest, and back can get red. Rosacea can cause more than redness. It can cause eye irritations if not treated in time. I’ve heard that consuming flax-seed oil can help with rosacea.
