Eat it fresh. Fruits can readily be eaten right away. As for vegetables, there are some that should be cooked prior to eating it while others can also be eaten right away like carrots, lettuce, onions are some of the few.

Juice it. When you are not into eating lots of vegetables daily, it is best to juice it and you will surely consume a lot without noticing it.

Prepare a salad or mix it in your main dish when you cook. Vegetable salad is a healthy and tasty item that everyone loves. Combining the vegetables to the main dish or soup will also be advantageous for the health.

Just like vitamins, minerals help your body grow, develop, and stay healthy. The body uses minerals to perform many different functions right from building strong bones to transmitting nerve impulses. Some minerals are even used to make hormones or maintain a normal heartbeat. Choosing foods each day that are rich in vitamins and minerals is the best way your body is getting what it needs to be healthy. That’s why my suggestion is to eat healthy and avoid junk food.
