There are numerous exercises said to improve the health of our eyes, but these three are among the quickest and the easiest to do.

Closing and opening your eyes
This exercise helps to relax the muscles around your eyes and helps with circulation. Close your eyes anywhere from three to five seconds. Open them for a few seconds and repeat five to seven times.

Looking left and right
Do this for about 30 to 60 seconds. Look right slowly while inhaling. Slowly move the gaze to the left while exhaling, without stressing your eyes.

Rotating your head while looking straight ahead
Move your head slowly to the right, and then to the left. Do the same up and down. You’ll see its hard not to move your eyes, but do it as little as possible. Focus on one thing in front of you to help you with this.

The bottom line
Just remember that all of the exercises should be performed slowly without any stress to your eyes. It may look odd if you do it in front of other people, but it’s beneficial, we promise. Do them for 30 seconds, or a minute, depending on how much free time you have. Repeat every day if possible, or at least a couple of times per week.

Good eye health starts with the food on your plate. Nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, lutein, and vitamins C and E might help ward off age-related vision problems like macular degeneration and cataracts. To get them, fill your plate with: Green leafy vegetables like spinach, collards, and kale.

More than ever, we are using our eyes to stare at small type and images on computer screens, televisions, and cell phones, which leads to eye fatigue and an increase in age-related eye problems. But diminished eyesight does not have to be an inevitable part of living long. The exercises mentioned above are perfect to maintain optimal vision. Perform these exercises first thing in the morning, before bedtime, or any time your eyes feel fatigued.

I have pleased to read the entirety of the post as mentioned above in details. Place your fingers in “steeple position” and hold them about a foot away from your face. Keeping your head still, move fingers as far to the left of your eye as possible and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat, moving fingers to the right, then up, then down. Thanks and keep up the great work.
