Obesity is one of the most common problems of these days. Both genders can be affected by the condition. Most people do not have any idea they are obese until they experience different medical conditions like heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol/blood pressure, gout, breathing problems and other related.

Some of the factors linked to obesity are:

– Too much eating. Being greedy when it comes to food will nonetheless result in obesity. The consumption of fatty/oily food, high caloric food and high those high in sugar can also be linked to obesity.

– Lack of physical activities. Without a proper way of burning what we eat like without exercise and living a sedentary lifestyle can result in being fat.

– Some medical conditions. Being inflicted with hypothyroidism where the thyroid does not work as it should result in being obese. This is why it is best to get checked when symptoms exist.

– Heredity. When obesity runs in the family, it can possibly be passed on to the rest of the family members.

It is a medical problem that increases your risk of other diseases and health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and certain cancers.There are many reasons why some people have difficulty avoiding obesity. Usually, obesity results from a combination of inherited factors, combined with the environment and personal diet and exercise choices.
