It is said that this combination can disturb biochemical patterns in our bodies and lead to tummy swelling in people with sensitive stomachs, but nothing serious would happen, as most of us have already proven.
3. Potatoes and meat
Another popular combination that is not good for us, according to the internet. Again, this all started because the combination is difficult to digest. The starch from potatoes require alkalotic fluids, and proteins from meat need acidic juices. Some people will get bloating and gas from this combo, but that’s the most serious „danger“ of having it for lunch.
