A condition that affects as many as 70% of all men is the thinning of hair or worse, balding. The condition is already ingrained in a person’s DNA and no one can pretty much control it.

When it is about going bald, the main concern is not all about the physical look but the emotional aspect. Hence, it is best to first deal with the fact that balding needs acceptance as there are some good ways to manage it. Some of the tips to manage it are:

Use the right products

One product that can help manage baldness is Minoxidil or Rogaine. This is an over the counter drug (topical type) that can help in regrowing the lost hair. For best result, daily use is advised. Stopping its usage can lead to the loss of hair that you grew.

Ask for doctor’s prescription

The physician is likely to advise the use of Finasteride or Propecia. This is an oral medication used to stop balding so as to keep the hair that you have. It works by affecting the hormones.

Hairstyle change

A hairstyle that can work well for hair thinning and balding can be advisable when the less-intrusive solutions did not deliver the result.
