woman with joint pain

Any damage to the joints whether it is from a disease or injury can affect joint movement and cause joint pain. A big number of conditions can lead to joint pain, including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, bursitis, an infection, strains, sprains, gout, and many other injuries. Joint pain may be caused by cancer of the joints as well, but this happens rarely. Joint pain is very common, more common than one would think, especially among middle-aged people.

Wearing supportive shoes have shown successfully in the treatment of joint pain. You can also work on strengthening muscles around the joints. Never go for a walk or run without warming the joints first, and increase workout intensity gradually, never rush into trying new things.

Some people with joint troubles use supplements to manage the pain from arthritis. Glucosamine, omega-3, chondroitin, and green tea are some of the things said to help with the condition. As people age, natural glucosamine levels drop. Glucosamine is known to keep the cartilage healthy and may have anti-inflammatory effects.

By experts opinion that bones rub against other bones in your joint. This can cause extreme pain, stiffness, and disability. Treatment for OA can help replace some of the lost cartilage and fluid in your joints. Lifestyle treatments aimed at reducing weight and pressure on joints can be effective too. Thanks and keep up the great work!
