Poor balance can cause dizziness and may make a person feel as though a person is spinning or moving when the person is standing or sitting still. As a result, a person may not feel well and can interfere with daily life. Balance issues can lead to falls that can cause broken bones and other injuries.

The primary symptoms of balance problems are dizziness and feeling that the room is spinning. It may be difficult to walk without falling. Other symptoms include the following:

• Blurred vision
• Nausea and vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Blood pressure and heart rate ranges
• Tiredness
• Difficulty concentrating
• Feelings of depression, fear or anxiety
• Mental confusion or disorientation

Causes of balance problems include the following:

• Aging
• Arthritis
• Neurological conditions
• Low blood pressure
• High blood pressure
• Chemical imbalance in the brain
• Infections of the ear
• Inner ear problems
• Head injury
• Poor blood circulation
• Certain medications

Vertigo can cause dizziness when you move your head or inner ear infection can make a person feel dizzy.

    We all know that a balance disorder may be caused by viral or bacterial infections in the ear, a head injury, or blood circulation disorders that affect the inner ear or brain maximum time. And, Many people experience problems with their sense of balance as they get older. Balance problems and dizziness also can result from taking certain medications and many experts have the same thought.

    One of my friends had this problem and most of the times he used to feel faintness, sense of motion or spinning and dizziness. There are many reasons of poor balance such as viral or bacterial infections in the ear, migrane, a head injury, or blood circulation disorders that affect the inner ear or brain. Even many people experience problems with their sense of balance as they get older.
