There are many beauty products out in the market. For most women, anti-aging products are best sellers. Yet, the second best would be products that can cure or treat acne, pimples or zits. Having acne has already become a typical skin issue of most people both men and women. There are different reasons why it exists. It can be due to too much oil production, dirt, hormones, diet and even stress. Thus, it is advisable to cleanse from within first before worrying too much on what put on the skin.

The standard regimen advised by most beauty experts would be to cleanse, tone, and moisturize. There needs to be a good cleanser to wash off dirt, toner to thoroughly remove makeup and moisturizer to keep the skin moisturized.

Aside from topical products, there are also oral medications that promise to deliver better and clearer skin. Such would include the intake of B-vitamins, ascorbic acid, and zinc. Increase intake of fresh fruits, vegetables and minimizing oily and fatty foods are also the key to a good looking skin.

The chemical creams and oral medications tend to carry a long list of side-effects so I always rely on some clever natural solutions. Fresh aloe vera gel works very well on my skin, just break off a small piece of one leaf, peel away the outer flesh to expose the gel, and massage gently into your skin. Lemon juice can also be used to fade scars, promote healing, and revitalize skin.

Yes, Lemons, it is the solution. We all know that Lemons act as an exfoliant, skin lightener, and disinfectant to reduce the appearance of scars and prevent new pimples from forming as well. On a clean face, dab acne with a cotton ball or cotton swab dipped in lemon juice, then rinse with cool water. Contact expert is another best idea I mean.
