villi

Our intestines have millions of tiny projections called villi. When you eat unnatural foods, they are likely to rot inside your intestines for hours. Dead foods stick to the intestines in the form of waste and toxins.

Consuming large amounts of non-nutritious foods causes a thick layer of waste to accumulate on villi over the years. Everything that sticks to villi is transported directly into the bloodstream and delivered to every cell of the body.

If the villi absorb the rotting food and waste, there’s no wonder the society is more sick with each year that passes. This waste starts surrounding our organs and blocks their functioning, which we call a disease.
If it shows on our skin, we call it acne or eczema. If it shows in either kidneys or a gallbladder, we call it a stone. We also call this waste a “cyst“, “asthma“, or “constipation“. Wherever it sticks, it might cause problems.

One day this waste represents a small problem, but if we don’t clean it up and it accumulates, it can cause bigger health issues such as tumors or cancer. If your body is clean from the inside, it’s less likely that toxins will accumulate and cause damage.

Our bodies are enzyme engines. Every physiological function depends on enzymes to manufacture molecules, produce energy, and create cell structures. Toxins damage enzymes and thus undermine countless bodily functions inhibiting the production of hemoglobin in the blood. Toxins damage nearly all your organs and systems and the only way to detox your body is by eating healthy and avoiding these toxic foods, so that body can function properly.

Most food poisoning is caused by bacteria, viruses, and parasites rather than toxic substances in the food. But, some cases of food poisoning can be linked to either natural toxins or chemical toxins. Food allergy is an abnormal response to a food triggered by your body’s immune system.
