For people who are trying to lose weight, but for those who want to maintain their body weight, prepping will help to meet the goals faster and with more ease.

When meal prepping for the week, the maximum recommended advance is five days worth of food — three days worth of food can be kept in the refrigerator, and you should freeze the rest.

Meal prepping is the way to a healthier diet. Planning the meals ahead means having a well-balanced menu where you can incorporate protein, carbs, and healthy fats, all according to what you and your family need.

    Meal preparation in advance is amazing once when you get used to it. I cook on weekends for the entire week. I work until 5 PM so I always have something nice and home cooked when I get from work tired and angry lol.

It’s important to chop or spiralize your veggies and roast up vegetables in some seasoning. You can cook pasta, quinoa, anything that you like, and leave it in the fridge only 3-4 days, not more.
