Being exposed to the sun can truly be exciting and fun-filled. Many kids enjoy playing while the sun is up during the summer or another season in tropical countries. The thing is being barely exposed is not safe due to the UV rays emitted by the sun. UV rays can greatly damage the skin.

A good way to keep the skin protected is by sunscreen application from the face all the way to the entire body. In addition, it is best to keep the skin covered when there is too much skin exposure, especially in the window hours when the sun is shining bright.

It is best to select a sunscreen with at least SPF 30. This way, the extent of protection is maximized. Re-application is also required every 2 hours for better sunscreen protection. In addition, the sun can cause too much sweat may require increased fluid intake. This way, the body will remain hydrated and can prevent related health conditions.
