    Vitamin A plays the sot important role in maintaining a good vision by maintaining a clear cornea, which is the outside covering of your eye. Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamins B6, B9 and B12, riboflavin, nacin, utein and zeaxanthin, as well as Omega-3 Fatty Acids are also important to keep good eye sight.
